Shipping policy

All orders placed with UsedYetNew (Salori E-Commerce Private Limited) are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) after the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped along with delivery time (typically 2-7 business days for domestic shipping)

For orders with calculated shipping rates, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

If, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, you do not receive your order within 15 days, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will promptly investigate the matter for you.
