In case we need to replace the battery or charger, we replace with compatible brand new ones. These Macbooks will have cosmetic dents/scratches. We grade them GRADE B cosmetically. GRADE A macbooks are however available at a premium price on our Amazon listing. You can upgrade to a Grade A macbook at an added cost of Rs 5,000.
